My client that has a presence across Ireland is currently recruiting for its office in Dublin. They are looking for someone to join their team who has experience in Windows 2016 and HyperV, but most of all they want a team player who is happy to assist other junior members, and who isn't afraid to do level 1,2 support tasks when the business is quiet. Key Responsibilities:

* Attend onsite Installation and support on LAN equipment
* Hands-on troubleshooting experience resolving a wide range of technical issues relating to; hardware and software i.e. PC's and server operating systems, Office 365 email, Printers, Network Software, Backup devices, Managed switches, Firewalls
* Troubleshoot remotely using the latest virtualization tools i.e. Hyper V
* Troubleshoot Malware and encryption software installation
* Identify and solve Network related issues
* Act has an escalation point for level 1,2 issues
* Mentor junior team members

Key Requirements:

* 5 years experience
* Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and Windows2016,
* AV solutions - Malware, encryption software installation, and troubleshooting
* Backup Solutions experience ideally with Ashay, Unitrends
* Be proactive and want to work with the newest technology on the market
* Certified in CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, MCP
