Senior IVR Developer – Dublin City Centre

My client, working exclusively with IT Search, has partnered with us to engage a Senior Java developer with significant IVR experience within multinational environments.

This role will be based as part of a team within Avaya related technologies within a multinational based in Dublin City and will require a high level of business analysis, working with stakeholders to establish parameters of requirements, translating this into documented procedures and ultimately executing same.

Candidates should have:

At least ten years of commercial Java development experience

A high level of comfort working with IVR and Touch tone processes within an Avaya house

Depth of Linux based O/S experience and SQL

Strong presentation skills and the ability to discuss technical issues with global often non technical audiences

Additional experience utilising Avaya Dialog Designer or similar will be advantageous
