Java; Spring, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

This isn't a hefty line management type leadership position, we need an experienced leader to guide the technical direction of a team of 6 developers. You'll be hands-on working alongside the devs on a number of greenfield projects.... having their own innovation track, they're consistently moving things forward in line with the latest tech trends. This role will involve liaison with clients and potentially some scrum mastery duties so a confident communicator would be ideal. If you're a passionate techie able to lead, coach and implement your own ideas then we would love to hear from you. Excellent range of benefits on offer.

Experience:

* At least 7+ years' Java Development experience.
* Technical Leadership experience.
* Good understanding of Sping.
* Microservices experience would be ideal.
* Expereince working in the Cloud would be nice to have.
* Excellent communicator.
* Good understanding of design principles.
* Strong leadership qualities.
