Role outline:

We are recruiting for a Software Team Lead. This person is personally motivated with the ability to empower and motivate others, is organized, an excellent problem solver and a great communicator.
Day to day role:

Working closely with the product owners, the development team, QA, with the product leadership your job will include:

* Technical leadership and mentoring of the scrum team
* Architecture, design and development
* People management - hiring, coaching, performance management

Background:

* BS or higher within Computer Science, Engineering or related field
* 10+ years software development using a modern OOO language
* C#, Angular (Javascript, Typescript), SQL Server
* 1+ years of people management is a huge advantage but we will accept mentoring experience also.
* Agile processes, Devops, automated testing and continuous deployment
