We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to be responsible for the coordination, documentation and prioritization of all the items received into the desk. You will act as the point of contact between the customer and the Service and Support desks.
* Manage relationships with Customers
* Management of submitted requests
* Manage Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
* Manage all critical incidents for All applications through to resolution
* Perform root cause if known or steps for investigation
* Perform immediate fix or escalate further as required
* Minimum 1+ year experience within a Tier 1 Technical Support position
* Degree in and IT related field
* Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
