Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer
I am currently working with an Irish owned company that is looking for an experienced level 2 engineer to join their growing team. This is a newly created role as the company continues to grow, they will provide endless opportunities to grow for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform 2nd level support using the company's remote software
* Provide exceptional customer services
* Attend offsite issues or conduct installations
* Analyse customer problems and document troubleshooting resolutions
* Assess new processes, services, and technologies
* Escalate unresolved issues to relevant colleagues
* Mentor junior team members
Key Requirements:
* 2 years' experience operating as a level 2 engineer
* Great communication skills and can discuss identified issues to both technical and non-technical customers and colleagues
* Microsoft based software background
* Office365, Active Directory, Azure
* Experience both on-premise and cloud
* Hardware experience including mobile, laptop, printers
* ConnectWise management software
* Extensive knowledge in Voip/Cisco networking
Nice to haves:
* PowerShell
* Automation problem-solving experience
* SonicWALL system experience
