Requirements:
* B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science / Information Systems
* 5+ of experience in SQL Server 2005/2008 administration
* Good knowledge of database architecture
* Working with developers and an ORM framework
* Transactional Replication (peer-to-peer is a plus)
* Experience with CDC and CT technologies
* SQL Server Profiler and Windows Performance Monitor
* Stored procedure development and tuning

Experience with the following is a benefit:

* PowerShell, ANT or NANT scripting
* Experience using source control, especially Git
* Automated Deployments and Continuous Integration
* SSIS and SSRS Technologies
