Role- Level 1 Software Support (German or French speaking)
Contract type- Permanent
Volume of level one support roles open with a global organisation with fantastic career growth opportunities. Around 1-2 years experience is the sweet spot but they are flexible. Knowledge of Office 365 OR Azure is essential along with the ability to speak either German or French. You role would include some of the following:
* Providing customer assistance, handling technical matters.
* Dealing with questions received through emails and calls.
* Learn the fundamental operations of the platforms which are being supported.
* Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software.
* Become familiar with help desk policies
* Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
