Strategic Change Manager - Global Technology Company (Contract)
The Role
My client, a Global Business Technology Services organisation is looking for a daily rate contractor that can manage the strategy and change management initiatives across the Technology Group.
Responsibilities
* 7+ Years Experience in Project Management / Change Role
* Act as liaison to senior stakeholders in the company
* Ensure the top level strategy is consolidated, tracked and reviewed in a clear and effective manner
* Manage the objectives and key results to drive real change across the organisation
* Manage the communication schedule, creating the content, planning the sessions, and ensuring the intended impact is realised
* Drive change initiatives to improve culture, leverage capability, align organisations and continuously improve
* Identify growth opportunities and work on continual improvement or innovation projects
* Partner with executive team to progress initiatives on their behalf
* Deliver on cross-functional projects where required
Duration & Rate
6 - 12 Month Initial Contract, Competitive Daily Rates
