AI Engineer

My client, a multinational consultancy, are currently seeking to hire an AI Engineer to join a Dublin based team. You should be passionate about AI and Data Science, results driven and able to utilise big data tools in order to create unique solutions that will bring lasting results for the business.

You can expect to work on a motivated and dynamic team where you will deliver on helping clients meet strategic goals and apply best practise frameworks and approaches. You will design and develop solutions to suit client needs and work across a range of industries.

Requirements

* PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
* 5+ years industry or applied research experience related to AI solutions
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
* Experience in Java, Scala, or another object-oriented language
* Experience using at least one of the following clustered computing systems: MapReduce, Dataflow, Hadoop/Spark
* Strong communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
* Proven ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
* Proven experience in the development of solutions using Microservices, Rest APIs, Apache Kafka, Google protobuf, Apache ZooKeeper, Kubernetes, Nomad, Consul, Docker
* Passion for continuous learning
