Aspiring C# .Net Team Lead - Dublin
One of my best clients in the payments industry are seeking an aspiring C# .Net Development Team Lead for their ambitious C# .Net Team as they embark on a rewrite, redesign and feature enhancement of a core payments product.
My client have a team consisting of Junior and Mid-Level Developers who are all great at what they do but they lack direction and some expertise. We're looking for a C# .Net Team Lead or aspiring C# .Net Team Lead to join them to set the direction, help with queries and mentor along the way.
You will be the key decision maker within this team and will be entirely responsible for this project. The role will initially be about 70% hands on to hands off but as the team grows this has the potential to change.
Requirements:
* 5 or more years with C# .Net Software Development
* Experience with T-SQL coding, queries, stored procedures and good understanding of relational databases in general (SQL Server preferred)
* Experience with ASP.Net Web API and experience building RESTful API's with it
* Experience with .Net core highly desirable
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ideally Angular or another modern framework
* Understanding go SOLID principle and Design Principles
* Experience with mentoring or leading people
* Good communication skills
