As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide a high level of support to clients on a range of software products. This will involve guiding them on use and features, answer questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsibilities
* Support clients with a range of software products with emphasis on high user satisfaction
* Provide education on new features and products
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Escalate technical issues where required
Requirements
* Experience working closely with technology
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
* Strong customer focused approach to solving issues
* High level of critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Must be able to understand technical issues and be able to communicate them to non-technical audiences
