My client, an IT consultancy in Cork, seeking an IT support technician to join their brilliant team. You will be a professional problem solver and work efficiently within a Windows environment.

Responsibilities:

- Reslove technical issues as a level 2 support technician

- Diagnose issues and provide documentation

- Provide excellent customer service

- Log and track calls

- Handle issues efficiently

- Work within a Windows environment

- Use of Jira Service Desk

- Report to the Service Desk Manager

Essential Criteria:

- Third Level Degree in an IT subject area

- 2 years' experience in an IT support role

- Experience with Windows, SCCM and JIRA

- Experience with networking and virtualization

- Knowledge of CISCO
