Application Support Specialist
About this role:
My Shannon based client is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join their team. This role requires a good level of exposure to working with Salesforce. This role will be a blend day to day support and interesting project work. This is a daily rate contract and will be for 6 months initially.
Role and responsibilities:
* You'll help maintain various applications
* You'll also execute configuration work on various systems
* You'll get to work with various stakeholders on a daily basis
* You'll provide root cause analysis and corrective action to the various applications.
* Excellent English required, both verbal and written
* Demonstrated knowledge of the full Software development life-cycle
* Demonstrated Salesforce troubleshooting experience
* Ideally you'll have an Agile certification or other relevant IT qualification.
