AMS and Vodafone are currently recruiting a Customer Account Manager for an initial 6 month Contract based in Dublin, South.
Background on this role and the Project:
Consumer Order Operation operates with Vodafone Commercial Operations and is responsible for Delivery of Fixed Line service to our Residential Customers .This includes voice, broadband and TV services.
As a Customer Account Manager at Vodafone Ireland you will be accountable for and responsible for the following:
General daily responsibilities include working with our suppliers to improve installation success rate and handle any system-based issues that may impact customer delivery. The ideal candidate will have the ability to continually deliver a high level of fixed services while undergoing business transformation.
Ideally a candidate with at least 6-12 months previous telecom's experience or similar in a service delivery based environment.
Experience in CRM based systems
Knowledge of CGA Broadband / FTTC / FTTH technology
Proficient in Excel
A good team based worker with strong communication skills
Experience in project management
