*18months to 2 years experience in an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Position
*Call Logging/Ticketing expertise and use of relevant CRM projects (Remedy, Zendesk, Salesforce)
*Strong Windows Expertise/Operating Systems
*Basic Networking knowledge
