My client, is an IT service provider in Dublin, who works with international companies. You will be an IT Support Specialist who has experince with providing level 2 and level 3 support. You will join their expanding service desk team.

Reponsibilites

- Work closely as part of a service desk team, providing support to customers

- Solve customer issues remotely

- Provide excellent customer support

- Escalate problems to the support team lead

- Ensure that changes are implemented on time

- Proficient use of ticketing system

- Mentor junior members of the team

Essential Criteria

- Third level degree in a relevant IT subject area

- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support

- Experience in a Windows environment

- Experience with virtulisation such as VMWare and Hyper-V

- Experience with cloud technologies
