Development Team Lead C# .Net - South Dublin

I great opportunity just arose with a fast paced and rapidly expanding Telco company in South Dublin! You'll be leading a small but very Senior and highly skilled team of C# .Net Developers (mostly Lead Developers).

My client create popular Telco products and each of these is managed and owned by a Lead C# .Net Developer. They want to add a C# .Net Development Team Lead to this team to oversee the general development and drive forward the standardisation of processes, tooling etc between the Leads and their products.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure both code and project delivery are on time, reliable and of high quality
* Implement new and best working development practises and standardise across product suite
* Ensure team members have access to all required equipment and technology they require and ensure they are properly trained
* Ensure both processes and procedures are properly documented
* Ensure current development methods have the ability to scale at speed
* Understand wide business objectives and ensure the team are compliant and working towards these
* On occasion you will be required to be hands on with development (25% of your time roughly) to help the team deliver projects
* Generally, embed and institutionalise development processes, practises and procedures across the board and help drive department forward.

Requirements:

* 7+ years with C# .Net Software Development
* Understanding of Azure DeVops and VSTS/ TFS Automated Build pipelines
* Experience managing/leading a team
* Experience in a lean service and process driven environment
* Good communication and team working skills
