Operations Lead – Dublin South
My Client are an award-winning software provider based in Dublin offering innovative solutions keeping them ahead of competitors. They are offering the Operations Lead a stable, secure, and well-established environment having been around for nearly 30 years. Due to the ongoing success we have an opening for an Operations Lead to join the existing team. Responsible and accountable for ensuring operational support to customers is delivered in line with documented processes and procedures and is continually improving. This role is customer facing, responsible for regular reporting and updating of our customers in relation to their support requests, response times, SLA Adherence, etc, in conjunction with the Commercial Team.

Responsibilities of the Operations Lead role:
• Driving improved levels of support by identifying and raising repeated failures for rectification
• Documenting processes and procedures
• Ensuring those are followed
• Measurement and reporting for the support functions
• Engagement with customers around support offerings
• Regular meetings with customer accounts, along with commercial team, to demonstrate value
• Managing the staffing of the support functions
• Managing the recruitment, training and development of the Operations Team
• Involvement with the wider business objectives in relation to ISO 27001, Continuous Improvement, Lean and other initiatives
