Data Analytics Team Lead

We are recruiting for an exciting and tech focused finance company in the Dublin area. They require a data analyst to lead their analytics team to bring their expertise and innovative thinking to aid in their data interpretation and decision making.

Responsibilities

* You will lead the data analytics team and ensure the on-time delivery of projects within the team.
* You will analyse and interpret a large amount of data and provide reports for various stakeholders.
* You will improve the efficiency of data collection and interpretation within the company by optimising data collection systems and data analytics.
* You will work closely with junior team members to guide their development.
* Work alongside management to influence the main areas of focus.

Required Skills

* 4 Years' or more experience leading a quantitative team.
* Proven technical expertise in data analysis.
* High level of competency with SQL/Oracle.
* High level of competency with statistical and programming software such as Python, R and C# to name a few.
* An understanding of advertising and multimedia promotional campaigns is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills.
