TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client is taking applications for a Service Desk Engineer with 6-12 months experience.
Skills & Experience Required
*Minimum of 6-12 months experience working on an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk (the role will not suit for people without this experience).
*Experience with KPIs/SLAs for Service Delivery.
*Logging and tracking of technical issues in a CRM System/Ticketing System
*Strong technical capability - Windows Environment/Mobile Phone Support/Active Directory/MS-Exchange.
This role will require working on a shift-pattern basis covering hours from 7am to 10pm. - Candidates must be available for early shifts (7am Start) AND late shifts (10PM Finish) ie those attending college during the day or in the evenings will not be suitable.
