My client is a global insurance company who is seeking a IT Support Engineer to work closely with clients and provide innovative solutions. You will be joining a team with offices across Europe and working within a fast paced environment. You will be a driven individual, who is very adaptable to new technologies.

Responsiblites:

- Provide exceptional 3rd line support to customers

- Document and report issues to the project manager

- Be resposibile for the maintenance of the IT systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues

- Identify trends and report to the team

- Communicate with other offices around Europe

- Monitor a Hyper-V environment

Essential Criteria

- Degree in IT related subject

- Minimum 6 years expereince in an IT role

- Adapable to working with new technologies

- Driver's license

- Excellent communicaiton skills

- Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare

- Experience with a Windows environment and Active Directory

- Knowledge of networking
