Level 3 Support Engineer

My client based in Dublin is seeking a Level 3 Support Engineer to play an important role within the support team. You will join a fantastic team that operates within the ITIL framework. You will devlier outstanding IT support to over 500 clients.

Responisbilities:

- Provide 3rd level IT support to clients

- Liaise with support team regarding issues

- Provide documentation on client related issues

- Work within a fast pace enivornment providing solutions for Windows, Azure and VMWare

- Operate professionally in an ITIL framework

- Work under deadlines

Essential criteria:

- Third level degree in an IT related subject area

- 5 years' experience in an IT support role

- ITIL certified

- Proficient with Windows, Azure and VMWare

- Excellent communication skills
