IT Service Desk Engineer
My client is a telecommunications company based in Dublin. You will be an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer who will join the Operations team as an IT Service Desk Engineer. You will join a global and expanding team working on a variety of projects.
* Troubleshooting and providing level 1 support for users
* Diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware and software
* Record all issues and recognise trends with problems
* Implement changes to improve systems
* Provide documentation on issues for the team
* Third level degree in a relevant IT subject area
* 2 years' experience in an IT Support role
* Experience with iOS, Android and Windows
* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management
* Working knowledge of CISCO, linux and citrix
* Experience with SQL
* Negotiable salary
* Mobile phone
