TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client (a progressive IT Security company in Dublin 18) is taking applications for a Service Desk Engineer
(Level 1) to join their team.
Skills & Experience Required
*Minimum of 1-2 years experience working on an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk
*Experience with KPIs/SLAs for Service Delivery.
*Logging and tracking of technical issues in a CRM System/Ticketing System
*Strong technical capability - Windows Environment/Mobile Phone Support/Active Directory/MS-Exchange.
*Strong knowledge of mobile phone support/iOS, Android Operating Systems Support essential.
*Knowledge/exposure to mobile device management applications such as MobileIron, AirWatch, MaaS360 an advantage.
This role will require working on a shift-pattern basis covering hours from 7am to 10pm. - Candidates must be available for early shifts (7am Start) AND late shifts (10PM Finish) ie those attending college during the day or in the evenings will not be suitable.
