SharePoint Support Analyst needed to join a global market-leader operating in 20+ countries currently. This is a permanent full-time role based in Sandyford, Dublin 18 (beside Luas stop). This is career making opportunity to support a high-end development team to managing the SharePoint environment and wider Office 365 tenant by making future functional enhancements and optimisation of the SharePoint Solution

Responsibilities:

·         Problem management and identifying potential problem candidates

·         Completion of requests raised by SharePoint business users

·         Develop and maintain support documentation in accordance with company standards

·         Develop application test plans, documentation and undertake testing

·         Managing administrative duties, such as LanDesk ticket documentation effectively

Experience

·         2+ years relevant experience in application development or application maintenance and support of Microsoft SharePoint and/or Office 365

·         Experience of application implementation and support in a large environment

·         Ability to adopt detailed product knowledge quickly is essential

·         Be able to work with other teams / individuals to provide support and advise on the Global SharePoint solution

·         Be flexible for occasional weekend / bank holiday cover
