IT Support Engineer (Level 2/ Level 3)
My client, an innovative insurance company, are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer. You will monitor and maintain the helpdesk to a high standard and collaborate with of an expanding team. You will be able to develop your role into Helpdesk Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the helpdesk team
* Manage, prioritise and log tickets
* Implement changes to internal processes
* Troubleshoot and improve issues for clients
* Liaise with clients in an efficient manner
* Assist level 1 support staff
Essential Criteria:
* Third Level Degree in IT
* 5 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk role
* Experience with Windows, SonicWALL and VoIP
* Work well within a team and ability to multitask
