Do you have at least 2+ years experience with Technical Support on Windows 10, Office365?

Are you keen to get your career to the next level?

This role will get your experience up a few levels through mentoring and training.

A Microsoft Partner company based in North Dublin require an experienced Technical Support IT Engineer with 2 years experience supporting Windows 10 and Office365 with a Microsoft environment.

You will work with a variety of clients, and join a small team who will mentor you.

You must have:

  • At least 2 years Windows 10 support experience.
  • 2 years Office365
  • Active Directory
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Technologies.
  • Azure knowledge is a bonus.
  • Living near North Dublin
  • Legal to work in Ireland.
  • Good clear communication skills.

You will receive training on the job both on official Microsoft courses and also Mentorship. Training into networking, servers and Azure.

Also a career path towards a more senior IT Engineer level in time or a Field Engineer role if you want to be more client facing as you progress.

You must be based in Dublin right now for this role and be legal to work in Ireland. Unfortunately, there is no visa sponsoring.
