IT Support Team Leader
My client is a global pharmaceutical company within Ireland who is seeking an experienced IT Support engineer to lead an expanding team. You will be a confident leader and work well within a team. You will contribute to the success of the internal IT Helpdesk Team.
* Manage and solve troubleshooting internal issues
* Efficiently deliver level 1 and 2 IT Support
* Solve problems via telephone and email
* Work independently and as part of a team to implement changes to hardware and software
* Support multiple teams within travel distance
* 3rd Level qualification in an IT role
* Highly experienced in working with Windows, DNS and DHCP
* 5 years' experience of working in an IT Support Role at Level 1 and 2
* Flexibility to travel
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Knowledge of SQL, Hyper-V and Cisco
