IT Support (Level 3) Engineer
My client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their expanding team in Dublin. You will be working within a collaborative team to deliver superior results.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve issues with a fast response time
* Devise and implement changes that meet the Quality Standards and Practices
* Troubleshoot and investigate issues to improve systems
* Follow quality control guidelines
* Follow Health and Safety regulations
* Prioritise activities within a healthcare environment
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience within an IT Support role
* Working knowledge and experience with Windows, SQL and Citrix
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Desirable knowledge and experience within a GMP environment
