Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer
My client based in South Dublin require an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer for an immediate daily rate contract. You will be working as an escalation point as part of a busy help desk environment to help resolve desktop and minor server issues.
6 Month Daily Rate Contract
3+ years in an IT Support role
Experience with technology such as Windows, Windows Server and W7/8/10, Active Directory
Strong background with Office 365
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with other engineers
Contacting users by email, phone and chat to resolve both quick fix and in-depth technical issues
Any relevant IT certifications are desirable
