Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer
My client based in South Dublin require an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer for an immediate daily rate contract. You will be working as an escalation point as part of a busy help desk environment to help resolve desktop and minor server issues.
* South Dublin
* 6 Month Daily Rate Contract
* Attractive Rate
Role
* 3+ years in an IT Support role
* Experience with technology such as Windows, Windows Server and W7/8/10, Active Directory
* Strong background with Office 365
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with other engineers
* Contacting users by email, phone and chat to resolve both quick fix and in-depth technical issues
* Any relevant IT certifications are desirable
