Senior IT Support Technician
€40,000 - €50,000
My client is an established multimedia company that manages all aspects of customer service. You will join a Customer Care and Support team as an experienced and driven IT Support Help Desk Engineer. You will provide first class technical support to customers and deliver IT support in house.
Responsibilities:
* Support issues submitted by customers experiencing challenges
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases
* Solve communications issues through email, chat session and phone
* Provide in office technical support
* Efficient response time to OEM inquiries
Essential Criteria:
* 5 years' experience within an IT Support and Software Support
* Working knowledge of Windows
* Achieve the required OEM certifications
* Great interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisation
* Flexibility
Desirable:
* Experience with Genesys, Cisco or related technology
* Familiar with ITIL
