Software Test Manager required for an international SaaS company based in Limerick. The Software Test Manager will work closely with development team to ensure production of the highest quality product and take responsibility for defining and owning the Test environment. What is involved:

·         Take ownership of the overall Test environment

·         Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define test strategy

·         Create test plans and test cases for new products and features

·         Analyse user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility

·         Hands on Functional testing and tracking of software bugs and inconsistencies.

·         Manage other test engineers as is required

What is required:

·         3+ years’ experience in a similar Test manager position

·         Experience working in an agile environment

·         Hands on testing experience with exposure to regression testing and automation testing.

·         Experience working with Test management Software

·         Ability to work independently and take ownership of the test function

·         Excellent communication skills, fluent written and oral English is essential
