IT Support Engineer

My client, a leading organisation specialising in cloud services, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer. You will be working with a team of IT professionals located in Dublin. You will have the opportunity to work closely with new, advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

* Management and monitoring of calls and customer systems
* Identifying issues and advising clients on technical issues
* Build and maintain client relationships
* GPO Configuration
* AD Administration
* Windows Operating Systems

Essential Criteria:

* 4 years' experience in a technical support role
* Experience with DNS and TCP/IP
* VMware administration
* Working knowledge with Windows and Citrix
* Great communicator with a professional telephone manner

Desirable:

* Certified in MCSA/CCNA/VCP/MCP
* Knowledge of troubleshooting issues with Windows
* Knowledge of SQL
