Technical Writer

Technical Writer required for a large fintech company in central Dublin working within a large software development team.
This is a completely new role to the team, they have been developing a large set of API services that require ongoing documentation. You will work within a mid-sized team documenting the whole application, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure standards and processes are in place.
The role will suit somebody who has documented large API services previously and would really suit an experienced individual who has experience writing documentation & documentation processes from scratch.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 5+ years Technical Writing experience within an IT environment
* A strong background in Technical Writing for large IT applications / systems
* Experience coordinating development and QA teams to adhere to documentation processes
* Able to evaluate and recommend tools best suited for documentation
* Ability to self manage and handle various projects at once
* Strong bonus points for experience writing documentation around large API services
