I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA Automation Engineer / Lead to join an exciting start-up in Dublin. Their unique platform has been massively successful, so they are scaling up their tech team rapidly

In this role you will decide and implement all QA strategies, processes etc and then build out the test automation frameworks for their cutting-edge web applications. In this role you will have full autonomy on all QA processes, tools, technologies etc

Requirements

* Computer Science Degree or similar
* 3-5 years in a QA Automation role
* Experience defining QA strategies, processes etc
* Experience setting up test automation frameworks from scratch
* Knowledge of multiple open-source test automation tools
* Experience leading QA teams or mentoring junior QA's
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
