Level 1 / 2 IT Support Engineer

Aniar IT Services has been serving the Connaught area since 2003, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer and server support, designing and managing networks as well as consulting to small and medium-sized businesses.  

The suitable candidate will have knowledge of the following: 

Domain management

Office 365

Backup management

Microsoft Desktop Technologies

Microsoft Office 2010-2019

Windows Server 2008-2019

Server & PC Troubleshooting (including software)

Powershell (Basic)

Basic Networking (including troubleshooting connectivity issues)

Active Directory Management (Basic)

User Profile & Folder Management (Basic)

Group Policy (GPO) Creation & Deployment (Basic) 

Requirements:

Full Clean Driving Licence

1-2 years experience
