TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in South Dublin, is seeking applications for a Level 1 Service Desk Support Agent with a minimum of 1 years experience in IT Support/Service Desk Support in the Irish IT Sector.
*Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support/Service Desk Support - providing technical support to clients and customers on multiple products/systems
*Ability to work a Shift Pattern (7am to 10pm)
*Support of Smartphones/tablets.
*Strong experience in Supporting Windows Environments/Active Directory/Exchange
*Experience of ticketing systems for logging and tracking calls to resolutions/escalation.
*Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
*Experience supporting mobile devices/iOS/Android/MobileIron/AirWatch,MaaS360.
*Fluency in English
