Based in Dublin City Centre, the Account Executive will be responsible for both generating qualified sales leads, building a pipeline of business, and closing net new business.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, driven and confident professional and will join an existing successful Sales Team.
This team is responsible for the customer journey from the initial outreach to the onboarding, support and ongoing development of the customer relationship.
Ownership of outbound revenue generation via webinars/demos
Become a product specialist
Supporting new customers and partners onto the platform
Complete all customer training in a engaging & professional manner
Complete all partner connections and relevant post-connection training
Proactively develop customer relationships
Seek new ways to enhance & improve the customer experience Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
Fluent English speaker
Previous experience with ERP solutions an advantage
Proven track record in Customer Support/Success or Account Management
Good knowledge of the overall IT/Tech world
Self-motivated with a real drive to succeed
Experienced in high level customer service/support
Excellent organizational skills
Problem solver with the ability to multi-task
