Application Support Engineer

The Role

My Client a global software company currently have an opening for a senior customer support engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer support queries are responded to efficiently, and in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of customer experience
Respond proactively customer needs
Establish a strong relationship with key customer stakeholders in both technical and business roles and at all levels in the company
Provide technical advice to the management teamKey Requirements:

Degree educated in IT related field ie Computer Science, Computer Engineering
2 year's experience in application support
Windows and UNIX server experience
Good Knowledge of database concepts and design (ORACLE related would be advantageous)
Relationship management experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve complex issues
