Application Support Engineer
The Role
My Client a global software company currently have an opening for a senior customer support engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer support queries are responded to efficiently, and in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of customer experience
* Respond proactively customer needs
* Establish a strong relationship with key customer stakeholders in both technical and business roles and at all levels in the company
* Provide technical advice to the management team
Key Requirements:
* Degree educated in IT related field ie Computer Science, Computer Engineering
* 2 year's experience in application support
* Windows and UNIX server experience
* Good Knowledge of database concepts and design (ORACLE related would be advantageous)
* Relationship management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to problem solve complex issues
* Client focused
