Enterprise People are currently seeking a Telecoms Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin city centre.

Reporting to the Telephony Manager, the Telecoms Analyst will join the existing telephony team who are responsible for administering and maintaining our client’s telecoms infrastructure.

The Telecoms Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure availability of telephony services

• Create/Edit users on the system

• Configure mobiles when required

• Support users with queries

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• An IT Qualification

• 1+ Years’ experience in a Telecoms role

• Keen interest in learning new technologies

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
