Senior Customer Support Engineer
My Client is a leading provider of Internet and multi-channel banking, ATM and card payment solutions to the global financial services industry. They are currently seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer join their growing team. The successful candidate will ensure that all customer support queries are responded to efficiently, and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Support Engineer role:
• Establish a strong relationship with key customer stakeholders in both technical and business roles and at all levels in the company
• Management of customer experience with existing product suite
• Provide technical advice to the account management team
• Respond proactively to the evolving customer needs

Required Skills and Experience for the Senior Customer Support Engineer role:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related IT/IS field. Candidates with Business degrees with a high proportion of IT skills will also be acceptable
• Minimum of 3 years working in application support
• Proven relationship management experience and excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of database concepts and design, especially related to ORACLE will be advantageous
• The ability to communicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work on customer sites either alone or as part of a team is essential
• Hands-on experience in Windows/UNIX Servers will be advantageous
• Hands-on experience supporting Internet and Mobile Banking applications (Desirable)
• Strong technical ability and a comprehensive understanding of Retail Banking Applications (Desirable)
