Build statistical models to maximise business value in acquisition, product management, CRM, Trading, Responsible Gambling, Finance and VIP management
Incorporating predictive modelling into customer behaviour and customer experience
Implement optimisation of for customer journeys for the website and app which is to be driven by results in data.
Converting analytical results into real business process changes.
Delivering business goals and meeting KPIs will be far more important than writing fancy code.
Explain the importance of analytical projects to stakeholders by outlining the processes more than the technical details.Requirements:
A Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or any quantitative disciplines
3+ years industry experience in data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and modeling
3+ years experience building predictive models
Hands on experience in data manipulation and modeling (SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis and statistical packages)
Experience working in finance or the gambling industry is preferable.
Leading or managing a team and delegating roles and responsibilities.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills required.Great opportunity to work on ground-breaking projects in an industry that changes quickly day to day.
