Experienced Senior Account Manager/ Sales Manager with a background in Public Sector Technology Solutions sales would fit this role perfectly. If you have that experoience or are looking to move upwards in your career in to a Senior Account Manager role we want to hear from you.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
To maintain and grow strong customer relationship at senior levels within existing and new accounts
To promote the growth of telent range of services into these accounts
To maintain an on-going technical awareness of market developments, and how these play into telent positon and strategic development within nominated accounts
To develop a medium to long term strategic vision for nominated accounts
To work in close liaison with project & service delivery teams, to ensure customer and telent objectives are aligned
Timely production of quotations and sales proposals to progress customer opportunities
Be a key driver in identifying and informing Bid/No Bid decisions for Customer opportunities
Be a key team member in development of major bids and tender/proposal responses
To internally represent the Customer in telent in terms of ensuring accurate and timely representation of customer issues, opportunities and customer satisfaction
To play a wider team role in terms of assisting the overall sales team objectives and goals in the expansions of sales opportunities and securement of both existing and new business
Demonstrable experienced account manager with a proven track record to operate with integrity at senior levels within major Public Sector accounts
Proven sales experience and track record in securing €1M opportunities within ICT technology sector
Ability to communicate effectively at multiple different levels both within major accounts and within telent organisation
A strong , effective and articulate communicator, both written & verbally, with a proven track record in Customer presentations and negotiations
Ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships, to assist in building overall customer proposition
Demonstrable skills in the areas of:
Constructing informative PowerPoint Customer presentations
Being able to effectively articulate proposals in Word - both use of application as well as content lay-out
Financial skills - to be able to create and also interpret excel costing models, to inform and display value proposition in Customer proposals
Garda Siochana Security Clearance or ability to attain such clearance.
Full Driving Licence
Requirement to travel both within Ireland and on occasions overseas
