2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer - Cork, Ireland - Contract

Roc Search has partnered with a leading Engineering organisation based in Cork to support them with their search for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer for an initial 6 month contract that is likely to be extended. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast paced environment and for a leading, globally recognised company.

Experience required:

-Servicenow ticketing system is desirable although experience with other systems will also be considered
-Support of Windows 7-10 environments
-Office 365
-Laptop/Desktop SCCM Imaging
-Laptop/Desktop configuration & troubleshooting
-Audio/Video conferencing support, Skype for Business
-ADSP user & computer management
-Software rollouts & project management
-Symantec VIP Access/Cisco AnyConnect VPN client
-iPhone/iPad setup
