We're looking for an accomplished senior software engineer and team lead to join an exciting technical team in Dublin City Centre. The environment is highly agile, in an ideal world you would be able to organise/lead scrum meetings and guide a technical team of 10. We need someone with a strong development background and a real interest in technical trends, this will be role primarily on the management side (rather than hands-on coding) but there would be plenty of opportunities to get involved in code if need be. You'll be in a company that invests a lot of time in developing the skills of their team, there will be huge opportunities for growth and speedy progression.

Experience

* Experienced in a development team lead role, scrum master experience would be ideal also.
* 5+ years' experience in a software development role.
* Excellent knowledge of Java/Spring stack.
* Good Javascript skills (Angular would be great to have).
* Strong understanding of the full SDLC.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to motivate a dev team.
* Creative and interested in tech trends.
