The Opportunity:
I'm looking for a Sales Development Team Leader as my client - an award-winning international software company - looks to smash some ambitious 2020 sales targets.
Your day to day will typically consist of mentoring, supervising, leading, managing and motivating a team of SDR's.
Alongside this, you'll also have an individual target.
The Role:
- Oversee the team's operation and performance metrics/KPI's
- Coach and mentor your team
- Evolve leads from unqualified to qualified stage
- Book demos and appointments
- Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams
- Follow up on, and qualify, inbound inquiries
The Desirables:
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
* Aptitude for, and interest in, data analysis
* Metrics-orientated
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
* Advanced knowledge, and past use, of CRM software
* Proven experience in sales related field
* Previous experience in a Team Leader role within a Tech company an advantage
* Goal orientated and target driven with a diligent work ethic
* Flexible with regard to work hours
