Our client are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to come on board for an initial contract role that has become available based in Belfast,
Role: Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd line)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Daily rates: Open (£150 - £170)
You will be working in a dedicated team of Service Desk support analysts. the ideal candidate should to be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly and understand the environment you are supporting.
A combination of 1st line resolution over the phone as well as efficient 2nd line incident management techniques is needed to evaluate and implement changes for the business including implementing other changes across the Desktop environment and infrastructure it uses.
